中文的「習慣」有兩個意思。教育部國語辭典：習慣
- 長期養成，一時不容易改變的行為模式或地方風尚
- 逐漸適應。如：「她已習慣都市裡繁忙的生活步調。」
英文的 be used to 的意思是 2 。對照英英字典：
